Are there customs charges for orders outside the European Union?

Yes. It is important to note that all orders outside the European Union are sent by DAP (delivered at place) and that this incoterm does not include customs charges. These are charged to the buyer. To summarise, the buyer is responsible for :

• Import customs duties
• Payment of import duties and taxes
