I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
To reset your password, go to the Login page and follow these steps:
- Click on "Forgot password”
- Enter the email address of your account, which you gave us when you created it and validate so that a reset email is sent to you.
- A message will appear following your validation: “If there is an account associated with the address [...], you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.”
- If you don't receive any emails, please check your SPAMS.
- If no account is attached to your email address, you will not receive an email to reset your password. You will therefore need to create an account first.
