I ordered the wrong products, can I return the items?

If you wish to return a product that is not suitable for you, within 14 days of receipt of the products (legal right of withdrawal), please contact us by e-mail in order to organize the return. Indeed, a return authorization duly approved by us is necessary before returning the items. Here is the procedure to follow:

• Send your request by e-mail to the general address [email protected], specifying the number of the order concerned by the return (this number begins with 000)
• We will reply to you by return e-mail, providing you with a link to a return form to be completed online.
• Following the validation carried out internally by us, we will send you a return authorization. This document is to be printed and slipped into your return package.
• Please return your package to us at the following address: One-Elec - 7 boulevard de l'Odet - 35740 PACÉ, FRANCE.

Refunds will only be made after receipt of the items and verification of their condition, within 15 days. A discount may be applied if the product is defective or damaged.
