The content of my package does not correspond to the order placed (missing product, excess product, wrong reference)

If the content of your order is not complete, it is possible that some products were not available: they are therefore in backorder. This information will of course be communicated to you on the product sheet on our website, in the summary of your basket and on the acknowledgement of receipt of your order.
The missing products will be sent to you upon receipt of our order from our supplier.
