The package and/or the order itself is damaged: what can I do?
If, at the time of delivery, the carrier presents you with a damaged parcel and/or the products are damaged, please refuse the parcel which will be returned to us. Thus, One-Elec may open a dispute with the carrier in order to obtain a refund. At the same time, we will re-ship the products you ordered.
If the packaging is damaged and you have doubts about the condition of the products, open the parcel in the presence of the carrier (or at the time of collection from a relay point) in order to check the condition of the items inside.
