Track my order: How soon will my order be processed and shipped?

Available products are shipped within 6 to 24 hours (Monday to Friday). We will keep you informed as soon as your order is validated. The One-Elec team will do its utmost to process your order as quickly as possible. A confirmation e-mail is sent to you as soon as your order is processed. You will then receive an acknowledgement of receipt. 

You can follow the processing of your order in your customer area, under the heading "My account" then "My orders". .

Customer account: Clarification of order status

  • Cancelled status: The validation of your order/payment was not successful
  • Completed status: If your order contains backorders, your order will still appear in completed status. Remember to check the acknowledgement of receipt of your order to identify any products that may be backordered.

Your order is then prepared in the logistics department, and is then entrusted to the carrier you chose when you confirmed your order.

As soon as your parcel/pallet is shipped, an e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You can then track the progress of the delivery on the carrier's website using this tracking number.
