In order to designate the electrical distributor that will best suit your installation, several parameters must be studied beforehand:
- The rated current of the distributor
- The number of taps (including neutral phase taps). Ensure a reserve for a possible future extension, by increasing by 30% the number of derivations to be provided for your installation.
- The nominal peak short-circuit current (Ipk defined in ka) and the rated short-time admissible short-circuit current (kA eff. 1s) must be taken into account.
- You will also have to take into account the sections of the cables arriving at the splitter
