What is the difference between an electrical cabinet and an electrical box?
Generally speaking, electrical cabinets stand on the floor, but they can also be mounted on supports or fixed to the wall. They are also enclosed, ensuring maximum protection.
Unlike enclosures, cabinets are more suitable for large installations (buildings or commercial premises), whereas enclosures are more often used for residential applications, as they are more compact and ideal for saving space. In fact, it is more commonly used in domestic installations and small residential projects.
