Rules for the One-Elec ‘Gift Wheel’ Competition
Article 1 - Organiser
The company One-Elec, registered in the Rennes Trade and Companies Register under number B 750616203, with its registered office located at 7 Bd de l’Odet, 35740 Pacé, is organising a competition entitled ‘Roue des Cadeaux’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Game’), accessible via the website https://www.one-elec.com/en/ from 2 December 2024 to 15 December 2024, midnight (inclusive).
Article 2 - Conditions of Participation
Participation in the Game is open to all individuals of legal age, regardless of their country of residence.
To take part:
- Enter a valid email address when participating. By submitting your email address, you agree that it may be used to receive future news and promotions from One-Elec, in accordance with the site’s terms of use.
- Each participant is limited to one entry. The same person may not participate multiple times, even by using different email addresses. Any fraudulent attempts may result in disqualification.
Article 3 - How the Game Works
The Game is a 100% winning game, subject to a purchase on the website. Participants can spin the wheel after registering their email address to discover their prize.
Prize Distribution:
- 17,39% of participants: €10 voucher (minimum purchase of €60).
- 13,04% of participants: €20 voucher (minimum purchase of €120).
- 4,35% of participants: €50 voucher (minimum purchase of €200).
- 4,35% of participants: €100 voucher (minimum purchase of €400).
- 60.87% of participants: A free goodie.
Quantities for each prize are limited, and prizes are awarded randomly while stocks last.
Article 4 - Terms and Conditions for Using Prizes
- Vouchers: Valid only on https://www.one-elec.com/en/ until midnight on Tuesday 7 January 2025. Vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with other ongoing promotions.
- Free goodies: Sent with the order placed using the corresponding promotional code.
- Free delivery: Applied automatically to orders placed with the corresponding promotional code.
Article 5 - Limitation of Liability
The Organiser cannot be held responsible in the event of technical issues, particularly those affecting access to the website, or in cases of force majeure that prevent the Game from running properly.
Article 6 - Protection of Personal Data
The information collected (including email addresses) as part of the Game is intended solely for One-Elec and will be used for the following purposes:
- Managing the Game and distributing prizes.
- Sending news and promotional offers related to One-Elec.
In accordance with the privacy policy, participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data. These rights can be exercised by contacting [email protected].
Article 7 - Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints regarding the Game must be sent to [email protected]. The Game is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the Organiser's registered office.
Article 8 - Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules.
