Terms and Conditions of Sale of One-Elec.com
Each order implies the complete agreement of the below Terms and Conditions of Sale valid for every order on this website. No other particular term or condition (unless formally accepted and written by One-Elec) can or will prevail the general Terms and Conditions of Sale of One-Elec.
Reception of the order :
The acceptance of the order is subjected to the approval of One-Elec and more specifically with reservation of the authorisation of our financial department. Orders can be placed through several ways of communication:

- By written letter and way of payment to One Elec – 7 Boulevard de l'Odet - 35740 - PACE - FRANCE
Price and transport :
The sale price on our website is indicated in EURO and is excluded taxes. Our software system calculates the VAT for the French territory. The transportation cost is not included and has to be paid by the Buyer. This cost is automatically calculated by our system depending by the way of delivery that has been chosen.
You have no custom fees for all the deliveries in countries into European Union.
Otherwise, please note that for all the deliveries in uk and the rest of the world we are used to work in DAP ( delivered at place), so you will have to pay the customs fees.
Returning the goods :
a) For orders placed online at www.one-elec.com:
If you wish to return a product that does not suit you, within 14 days of receiving the products (legal right of withdrawal), please contact us by e-mail in order to organise the return. A returns authorisation duly approved by us is required before the items can be returned. Here is how to proceed:
- Send your request by e-mail to the general address [email protected], specifying the number of the order concerned by the return (this number begins with 000).
- We will reply by e-mail with a link to a returns form that you can complete online.
- Once we have validated the form internally, we will send you a returns authorisation. This document should be printed out and placed in your return parcel.
- Please return your parcel to us at the following address One-Elec - 7 boulevard de l'Odet - 35740 PACÉ
Please note that postage costs will not be refunded and that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Reimbursement will only be made after receipt of the items and verification of their condition. Please note that if the returned products are not in new condition with their original box, One-Elec reserves the right to apply a discount.
Defective products may be returned directly by the end customer to One-Elec within 14 days of receipt of the goods, subject to acceptance by our services. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.
The sum will be paid to the purchaser within 15 days once the seller has the returned goods in its possession.
No returns will be accepted after the legal 14-day period.
b) Case of an order placed by an account customer with a sales representative
Equipment returns are carried out within a period of 3 months following the invoice date in the form of a credit note or exchange after agreement by one-elec.com - the article must be purchased from one-elec.com, in its original packaging and in perfect condition for resale: unused - All returns must be made, at the Customer's expense, carriage paid, with indication of the numbers, delivery date and copy of the invoice.
Accepted returns will give rise exclusively to the issue of a credit note corresponding to the total amount of the sale price of the product taken back, less a deduction in proportion to the costs incurred by the return operations, ranging from 30% to 50% of the invoice value. No returns will be accepted for products that are not stocked by the company or that have been specifically ordered by the company from its own suppliers.
Time of delivery :
The time of delivery is an approximate moment and will be confirmed after acceptance of your order. By consequence, no delay of the shipping can authorize a cancelling or refusal of the order by the Buyer or a claim for damages and losses.
Warranty :
One-Elec guarantees the available goods in accordance to the warranties of our manufacturers.
Claims and liability :
Each received order implies the total acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale. A copy of this document will be send on your written demand. The liability of One-Elec is limited to the repair or replacement of the products. In no case, One-Elec will be held responsible for any claim related to our sold goods. Every claim concerning the quantity of the article, except for the loss during transportation, must be addressed, by written and registered letter, to One Elec, and this within the 5 days after receiving the goods.
All the delivered goods are owned by One-Elec until the buyer has fulfilled all his obligations towards the seller, more specifically until the total payment of the amount has been received, if not increased with interests. Law 80.335 of 12/05/1980.
Modification of terms and conditions of sale :
Every term and condition, not corresponding the general terms and conditions of sale of One-Elec, that the Buyer has expressed will be rejected, unless the Buyer has written and approved acceptance of One-Elec.
Way of payment and security
The Buyer can pay by credit card on the secured servers of our bank accounts. This indicates that no bank information is transferred by the website of One Elec. The payment through credit card is totally secured. Your order will be registered and validated from the acceptance of the bank.
Privacy and security
The information of your credit card is encrypted through the protocol SSL and is never exposed in the transfer through the network. The payment is directly done through the bank. One-Elec has no access to this information and does not save this on its servers. This is also why it must be introduced at every new order on the website.
Retention of Title
Title of property shall pass to Buyer only upon full payment by Buyer of the Goods and following payment of any other outstanding debt by Buyer to Seller. Before this, all goods are owned by One-Elec. One-Elec has the right to refuse a delivery or to process an order from the Buyer that still has outstanding debt to the Seller. A minimum of 40 EURO (VAT excl) will be charged in case of non payment in accordance with the law.
Law and arbitration :
Any dispute arising out of this contract will be finally settled by jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Rennes, which administer the residence of the Seller (One-Elec). The conditions of Sale of the Buyer will be rejected. This contract is valid under French law.
The submission from the Vienna Convention on trade of goods is explicitly discarded.
